Job Purpose
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Secretary General and President. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations including overseeing the work of executives.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Secretary General or President in all matters of importance while ensuring the expectations are readily met and exceeded.
- Oversee daily operations of the organisation and the work of executives (Marketing, Development, Finance, Administration, Events, Technical Officials)
- Design and implement organisation strategies, plans, and procedures to steer the future of the operation in a positive direction
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors/stakeholders.
- Oversee and monitor business expenditure, other overhead costs and implementing better business practices.
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
- Coordinatingwithhumanresources(HR)toensurethesuccessofrecruitmentandretentionpolicies
- and processes.
- Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
- Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, accounting, finance, or other related field.
- In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
- Minimum 5-10 years of experienced managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in sports related organisation.
- Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Problem solving mindset
- Great communication and presentation skills.
Education and Qualifications Required
BSc in administration/sports management/ accounting, finance, or other related field.
Any Additional Requirements (Language skills, Computer Skills)
- Good presentation skills
- Highly proficient in English language (written and spoken).

USD5000 – USD6000
